8+ yearsQuoting and project management software for manufacturing and construction
Your quotes take three days.
They should take an hour.
We build custom quoting and project management software for manufacturers and specialty subcontractors, shaped around how you already quote, schedule and deliver. It’s built by a founder who spent more than twenty years selling commercial electrical, lighting and furniture, fighting the same tools you’re stuck with now. And you own every line of it.
Rather just talk? Schedule a conversation.

Yours: the code, the data, and the roadmap
Why this exists
I spent twenty years on the other side of these tools.
Before FusionSales, I spent more than two decades in enterprise sales leadership across commercial electrical, lighting and furniture, working with the biggest brands in the industry. The businesses I worked in ran on quote tools and project systems that made the work harder: chasing a manufacturer for pricing that reflected the discounts we had earned, waiting days to get it, and watching sales and project management work from two different versions of the truth.
Then I spent eight years building automations into Salesforce and NetSuite. I watched good companies pay for enterprise contracts their teams worked around, and bolt more on every year instead of getting what they actually needed.
So that’s what we build now: quoting and project management software shaped around how you already work, that your salespeople actually use, and that talks to the tools you keep. I architect what gets built. My engineering team writes it.
Mike Sweigart, Founder and CEO
One version of the truth
Sales, estimating and project management finally work from the same numbers, so the handoff stops losing things.
Off the big contracts
Stop renting enterprise software your team works around. Own the tool they actually use.
More attractive to a buyer
A business that runs on its own integrated systems, rather than on a few people’s memory, is an easier business to sell.
The one thing to understand
We don’t build AI software.
We use AI to build better software.
You’re not buying artificial intelligence. You’re buying custom business software, built around exactly how you already work. AI is simply how we build it: faster, with more features, at a fraction of what custom used to cost. That makes the software more yours, not less.
What you’re not buying
- A chatbot bolted onto your website
- A generic "AI tool" everyone else also rents
- Someone else's platform you'll never own
What you actually get
Real production software you own outright: the same engineering enterprises pay for, just built faster:
AI accelerates the build. It doesn’t replace the engineering. The result is the same thing enterprises pay half a million for: real, owned software, built around you. You just stop renting your tools and start owning them.
What you can build
Ten ways to put custom AI to work, starting today.
You don’t need to be a tech company. Each of these takes work your team does by hand right now and hands it to software that does it faster, so a ten-person team starts to feel like a hundred.
No-code tools are the hammers and nails. We’re the architect who builds the house.
Integrations
Your custom build talks to the tools you already run.
We don’t make you rip out your stack. Your software connects to the enterprise systems your business already depends on, so everything works together, and nothing gets left behind.
…and whatever else your business runs on. If it has an API, we connect to it.
Production work
You don’t have to rent your software.
If you’ve been paying NetSuite, Salesforce, or another enterprise platform every month for tools that don’t fit how you work? Here are ten businesses that built their own instead. Owned outright, shipped in weeks.

Who this is for
We’re honest about who we help, and who we don’t.
The fastest way to waste everyone’s time is to take on the wrong build. So here’s the clearest version of who this works for.
This is for
- Manufacturers and specialty subcontractors, $10M to $80M revenue
- Paying NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, for tools that don't fit how your team actually works
- Operations-heavy industries: services, moving, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, construction
- A workflow stable enough to encode: you've been running it the same way for 12+ months
This is not for
- Businesses under $2M in revenue. Off-the-shelf will serve you better.
- Anyone who wants a "fancier CRM". We don't bolt features onto existing platforms.
- Teams whose core workflow still changes every quarter. Wait until it settles, then build.
- Projects that must be live in a few weeks. Done properly, a build takes four to six months.
The real problem
It’s not your fault that your software doesn’t fit.
What’s happening
It was built for someone else.
Enterprise CRMs were designed for 5,000-person sales orgs with twelve-stage pipelines and dedicated admins. You don’t have those.
How it feels
Your team pays the price every week.
Hours lost to data entry. Deals slipping through cracks. A pipeline you can’t trust. Friday-night reporting that should have taken five minutes.
Why it’s wrong
You shouldn’t bend around software.
Software should bend around you. The tools you spend the most on shouldn’t be the ones causing the most friction.
What enterprise software does
- Requires reps to manually fill out fields after every call
- Costs $150 to $300 per user per month
- Takes months to implement
- Doesn’t talk to your other tools
- 40% of features go unused
What we build instead
- Quote generators. Scheduling tools. Tracking systems. Built for your workflow.
- One-time build you own, with no per-seat or per-month fees
- A working version you can click by week three
- Works with everything you already use
- Every feature is designed for you
The shift
Custom software used to cost half a million dollars.
For decades, building software around your business meant hiring an agency for something like half a million dollars, waiting a year or more, and hoping the project didn’t get shelved halfway through. That math kept custom builds locked away from mid-sized businesses.
AI changed the economics. It writes the code, not the thinking, so the same software now costs $70,000 to $150,000 and takes four to six months. Custom-built software that is yours, owned outright and tailored to exactly how your business works, is finally within reach.
3 to 7×
Cheaper.
$70,000 to $150,000, instead of the roughly $500,000 a build like this used to cost.
2 to 3×
Faster.
Four to six months to something fully functioning and stable, instead of a year or more.
100%
Yours.
You own the code, the data, and the roadmap. Full transparency.
The game-changer for SMBs
You no longer have to choose between off-the-shelf software that doesn’t fit your business and custom software that bankrupts you.
Own your tools. Add AI where it earns its keep. Skip it where it doesn’t. Get the accountability and transparency that shared SaaS never could.
Industries we serve
Sixty industries. The same problem in every one.
You’re paying every month for software you don’t fully use. You’ve always wished for a tool built around how your business actually works, and for the first time, you can afford it.
That story is the same whether you run a moving company, a dental practice, a machine shop, or a law firm. The industry changes. The problem doesn’t. Neither does the fix: software built for you, owned by you.

Capabilities
Custom tools built for you.
Not templates. Not modules. Built from scratch to match exactly how your business works.
The capabilities below are the building blocks. We combine and extend them into whatever your workflow needs, in any industry. They’re a starting point, not a menu.
Custom AI Systems
AI built around your exact problem: a sales copilot, a “company brain,” a vertical assistant that knows your industry’s rules and jargon.
Intelligent Workflow Automation
Connect the tools you already use so a signed contract creates the project, invoice, tasks, and notifications on its own.
AI Chat & Voice Agents (NLP)
Natural-language agents that answer, qualify, and book 24/7, in your voice, across chat, email, and phone.
Data & Machine-Learning Insights
ML models that turn your data into forecasts and patterns, so decisions stop being guesses.
Custom CRM & Quote Tools
A CRM and one-click quoting built around your pipeline, not a template you bend your business around.
Scheduling, Tracking & Ops
Smart scheduling, project and order tracking, and the day-to-day operational tools your team runs on.
Real-Time Dashboards
One screen with the metrics that matter. No more seven tabs and a Friday-night spreadsheet.
Custom Apps & Websites
Customer-facing apps and websites, designed around your operation and built to scale with you.
All built on enterprise-grade infrastructure. The same stack that powers Fortune 500 companies, with the same reliability and security.

Pick your industry. Below is a working command center built for that business: the real surfaces it would run on, branded as its own product. Movers get dispatch. Insurance gets a renewal radar. Construction gets bid leveling. Manufacturing gets the shop floor. This is what we’d build for you.
It’s live, not a mockup. Open a record, run a campaign, test an automation. The notifications in the corner are the system working on its own.

What AI does for your business
Once it’s live, your team’s day looks completely different.
The right AI doesn’t just save money. It changes how your team spends their hours, what your pipeline looks like Monday morning, and what you stop worrying about at night.
Save time & cut costs
Automate the manual work and stop paying for software your team doesn’t use.
Improve accuracy
Intelligent systems catch what tired humans miss. Fewer errors, by default.
Better customer experience
Faster, smarter responses with AI support that never sleeps.
Scale with confidence
Handle more volume without adding headcount. The software grows with you.
What that looks like, specifically
Quotes go out in 2 hours, not 2 days.
Your pipeline updates itself. No more Friday-night reporting.
Follow-ups happen automatically. Nothing slips.
Your team sees one screen, not seven tabs.
You stop paying for software your team doesn’t use.
Your reps are selling. Not data-entering.
The plan
Three steps to software that fits.
No mystery, no enterprise runaround. You always know where the build is and what happens next.
Discover
We learn how your business actually works by watching how your team operates, not by gathering vague "requirements." It starts with the free teardown, and you approve a one-page plan before we touch code, so nothing about the build is a surprise.
Design & Build
Our engineers build around your exact workflows using AI-assisted development. You see working screens early and often, then we wire it into the tools you keep, like Salesforce or NetSuite, and test it against real cases. Your team trains alongside it, so there’s no adoption tax at launch.
Launch & Grow
A dedicated team spends the final stretch hardening it against real use, because software is not finished when it compiles. Then you go live with production-ready software your business owns outright, and we stay on to keep extending it.
Four to six months to software you own outright.
Long enough to build it properly and harden it against real use, with working screens in front of you the whole way. At the end you own it instead of renting it, and we stay on to keep extending it.
Built on
Built on infrastructure that scales. Verified by the standards that matter.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups. You own your data, with full export anytime. We don’t sell, share, or train on your business information.

Pricing
One build, priced once we’ve seen how you work.
You get a fixed price for a fixed scope after the free teardown, never from a checklist. Two companies asking for the same features can need very different builds, so we price yours once we understand it.
$70,000 to $150,000
A typical build, depending on scope. Paid once, not a subscription.
4 to 6 months
To something fully functioning and stable. Occasionally as fast as 90 days.
$0 per seat
No license fees, ever. You own the code, the data and the roadmap.
For context, software like this used to cost about half a million dollars and take a year.
How we make this safe
A custom build shouldn’t feel risky.
Most custom-software projects fail because the buyer can’t see what they’re getting until it’s too late. We built our process to fix exactly that.
See the blueprint before you commit.
The free teardown ends in a one-page Build Blueprint: what we would build, what it costs and how long it takes. It’s yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
Fixed scope. Not hourly.
A fixed price tied to a fixed scope. No surprise invoices, no “we found something else, add another $20k.” If we underestimate, that’s our problem to solve.
Your code. Your data. Your roadmap.
Contractual from day one. The build runs in your cloud account, the source is yours to keep, and the roadmap is yours to change. If we ever parted ways, the system keeps working without us.
We staff the debugging.
Software is not finished when it compiles. A dedicated team spends a large part of every build hardening it against real use, so your team is not the one finding the problems.
FAQ
Questions?
Salesforce is a tool you fit your business around. We build your business into software. That means no forcing workflows, no training people on complex features, no admin overhead. It’s built exactly for you from day one.
No. We integrate with what you already use: Salesforce, NetSuite, email, calendar, payment processors and accounting software. Keep what works. Replace what doesn’t.
It’s your system, and it’s built to change. We stay on after launch to keep extending it, and because you own the code outright, you are never locked into us for changes.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups. The software runs in your own cloud account, and the code and the data belong to you.
Four to six months to something fully functioning and stable, occasionally as fast as 90 days. A large part of that is a dedicated team hardening it against real use, because software is not finished when it compiles.
Your team trains alongside the build, not after it: live sessions as each piece comes online, and someone on call once it’s live.
It grows with you. Started with quoting? Add project tracking, scheduling or purchasing on top. No rip and replace, just build on what’s working.
